This months feature is an addition
and basement remodel which
included a mudroom, bathroom,
study area, laundry room, and
replacement of two staircases.
Materials were used to keep the
look and feel historically accurate.
"I really enjoyed doing this project because
we did a few unique things.  We actually
lowered the basement floor by two feet to
make the basement a much more livable
area. It was a historical remodel.  We were
able to almost exactly match the brick on
the exterior and moldings on the interior. "
